The most important thing about an ASC is the list of the necessary basic services that residents and businesses can be provided with. Olha Kalinichenko, an expert of the administrative service provision quality enhancing of the U-LEAD with Europe programme, explains what services must be provided in each proper ASC, how they can be integrated and what other services, alongside with the basic ones, can be provided by an ASC.
