Novodnistrovska amalgamated hromada of the Chernivtsi region, formed in spring of 2018 within the accession of the village of Lomachyntsi to the city of oblast significance of Novodnistrovsk. So, for almost two years the hromada has been obtaining a state subvention for the AH infrastructure development; being in direct inter-budget relations with the state budget.

And suddenly in October of 2019 the Chernivtsi Administrative Court invalidated and set aside all the decisions on Novodnistrovska AH formation.
