According to the Association of Ukrainian Cities, on March, 3 the Government upheld some rulings, necessary for the Law of Ukraine On Social Services.

The Cabinet of Ministers upheld:

• The procedure for social services provision organization;
• Model provisions on the administrative service centre
• Provisions on the selection board, terms and procedure for the competition to fulfill the position of the head of the social service provider of the state/communal sector;
• Criteria of the social service providers activity.
