On March, 4-6 the delegation of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe is visiting Ukraine to monitor the implementation of the European Charter of Local Self-Government. During the visit the European representatives are attending Kyiv, Fastiv and Tomashivka of Kyiv region.
