The Council of Europe has prepared preliminary commentaries on the bill on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine in terms of decentralisation
The Directorate General of democracy jointly with experts of the Commission for democracy through law (Venice Commission) and the Congress of local and regional authorities have prepared preliminary commentaries on the bill On Amending the Constitution of Ukraine (On Power Decentralisation), registered by the President of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada at № 2598 and withdrawn for the purpose of further consultations.
