On March, 02 the Constitutional Provision of Decentralisation in Ukraine - 2020 public discussion is to be held in Vinnytsia, involving representatives of the local self-government, line associations, experts and public representatives of the Vinnytsia, Ternopil and Khmelnytskyi regions.

Among the press-briefing participants there is Ivan Lukeria, the Prime – Minister’s adviser, people’s deputies Vitalii Bezghin, Larysa Bilozir, Alina Zahoruyko and the head of Vinnytsia Oblast State Administration Vladyslav Skalskyi.
