The Association of Ukrainian Cities has offered its own concept of Constitutional amendments in terms of decentralisation

On February, 18 the Association of Ukrainian Cities administration approved of the Concept of Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine in terms of the Local Self-Government and the State Power Territorial Arrangement and suggestions for the draft of the Law of Ukraine On Amending the Constitution of Ukraine on the Local Self-Government and the State Power Territorial Arrangement.

The Association of Ukrainian Cities sent the documents to the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, asking for them to be considered, while discussing the constitutional changes publicly.
