Decentralisation and New Opportunities of the National Minority Education

Decentralisation of power in Ukraine has triggered complex changes in many spheres of public relations, particularly, in education. It creates opportunities for inhabitants of all nooks of our state to be taught in a qualitative manner. At the same time reforms in education cause intense discussions, especially, changes in teaching national minority representatives.

The ЕСМІ Ukraine programme of the European Centre for Minority Issues held an informal dialogue «Meeting an Expert: On Complicated Things in a Simple Manner». The format involves discussing urgent issues and opportunities for national minority communities of Ukraine.
