On February, 4 at the Minregion the last consultations on the development of the Perspective Plans for the Formation of Hromadas were conducted where representatives of oblast state administrations, local self-government, line associations and people’s deputies discussed the perspectives of forming hromadas of the Odesa and Ternopil regions.
‘Today is the last day of consultations on the perspective plans of the regions to be followed by the plans submission by oblast state administrations for the government to consider and approve. Two months of consultations held both in Kyiv and in oblasts facilitated the reform, making it transparentі.’ – commented Vitaliy Bezhin, a people’s deputy, the head of the subcommittee on administrative and territorial arrangement of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the state power organization, local self-government, regional and urban development.
