On December 22 and 29, 2019, nearly 100 AH held their first elections. In recent years, they have gained considerable experience in organizing first stages of AH activities. However, council members and AH officials, who held their first elections in December 2019, need to take into account a number of peculiarities that will significantly differentiate their first steps from the experience of predecessors.
