The law on social services: benefits and risks of the updated version

Entry of the updated version of the Law of Ukraine No 2671-VIII “On Social Services” into force is an important step to improvement of functioning of the social services sphere in Ukraine. The law will bring much improvement to the social services sphere, but there is also a range of risks related to the absence of normative legal acts required for this law implementation.
