On January 2020, the Parliament’s Committee on State Building, Local Governance, Regional and Urban Development supported the draft law on amendments to the Constitution related to decentralisation of power (No2598 dated 13/12/2019) and recommended the relevant Committee of Legal Policy to recommend the Verkhovna Rada to include it to the session agenda and submit it to the Constitutional Court for consideration.
