On 27 December 2019, the President submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine a revised draft Law on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (regarding the decentralisation of power).
The bill is to be discussed anytime soon. Relevant comments and suggestions will be considered at a meeting of the Board of the Local Government Bodies Association of Kharkiv Oblast, and further submitted as an appeal to the President of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
