How to execute the new law on social services without adopting by-laws. Guidelines of the Association of Ukrainian Cities

The Law of Ukraine ‘On Social Services’ No. 2671, which came into force on 1 January this year, cannot be implemented without a partial violation of the law, according to the Association of Ukrainian Cities. The Association highlighted the gaps in the current legislation regarding social security.
