The law simplifying the procedure for perspective plans approval published
On December 19, 2019, the Law “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Voluntary Amalgamation of Territorial Hromadas” (as regards simplifying the procedure for development of perspective plans for formation of the territories of hromadas of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and oblasts), the draft Bill №2189 dated 30.09.2019, was published in the Verkhovna Rada newspaper.
Consequently, tomorrow this Law will enter into force.
