On 28 November, the authorised representatives of the All-Ukrainian Association of Village and Settlement Councils at a general meeting approved the new version of the Association's Charter. Major changes include the new name of the Association and new wider opportunities for membership.

From now on the Association is called the All-Ukrainian Association of Hromadas, and all territorial hromadas can become (or remain) its members regardless of whether their centre is located in the village, settlement or a small city. “The path to the Association is open to all hromads that prioritise rural development,” the Association said.

The Association promises to publish a detailed report and all decisions of the meeting on its official website soon.
