President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed the Decree “On urgent measures for reforming and strengthening the state”.
The Decree states, in particular, that the Legal Reform Commission should, by 1 December 2019, submit to the President the proposals for amendments to the Constitution regarding decentralisation of power.
