For three years, the Association of Amalgamated Hromadas, together with partners and public authorities, has been implementing the task of local self-government reform.
To summarise the results and decide on a further strategy for building strong local self-government of new hromadas, the Association members will meet in Kyiv on 25 November.
The heads of amalgamated hromadas, representatives of central authorities, international organisations and partners will jointly analyse the mistakes made, assess challenges and discuss the tasks facing all participants of local self-government reform and the decentralisation process.
