By Oleh Fasolya, Director of the Department of Education and Science of Khmelnytskyi Oblast State Administration

In fact, our manual “Specialised High School: Steps to Establishment” (DOWNLOAD) collects analytical materials where we characterise the state of specialised education in the example of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast, which, in our opinion, are representative for the whole of Ukraine. In most cases, we imitate specialised education in the current high school, and we mix the concepts of specialised and vocational education. In the manual, we outlined the steps you need to take to build a successful, specialised high school model in an amalgamated hromada, rayon, oblast.
