Are new energy efficient technologies available outside of major cities? How are Ukrainian hromadas moving towards green technologies? How to increase the energy efficiency potential of administrative buildings in small towns and villages?

On 7 November, the “Energy modernisation of administrative buildings in Ukraine: practices and challenges” Forum will be held by the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, where Swedish and Ukrainian experts, representatives of international assistance and public sector projects, hromada leaders and government representatives will jointly seek answers to these questions.

The agenda covers:

• Experience of Swedish municipalities in energy efficiency reform of administrative buildings

• Panel discussion: “State strategy of energy modernisation of administrative buildings in the context of European integration of Ukraine”

• Ukraine's first energy efficient ASC. Best practices of energy efficient administrative buildings in Ukraine

• Open discussion: “Horizontal partnerships: can hromadas and the public sector develop energy efficient technologies together?”
