Why is it important to inform and engage residents of hromadas in ASCs operation – video

An Administrative Service Centre has appeared in your hromada. It has nice office, trained personnel and modern equipment. What would you need more for effective operations?

However, you are still missing something … Visitors are confused with services, and they think about an ASC as a place for receiving some official papers. What should be done? Is furniture not of the right colour? Or should the staff be replaced at all?

No. What you need is to talk with the hromada: to establish communication and engage population in the work of ASC.

You can find out how to effectively communicate with the hromada residents and engage them in the work of the ASC in the handbook on how to improve the quality of administrative services for people of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme here tinyurl.com/y6abeok or in our online library: DOWNLOAD 21,9 MB).
