Deputies of the Smyha settlement council adopted the Strategic Plan for the development of the primary healthcare link up to 2024. Such a strategic plan will be implemented for the first time in the Rivne Oblast. It will allow the hromada to plan further activities and improve the material and technical base of the AH nonprofit enterprise “Smyha Primary Healthcare Centre".
