“Best Local Self-Government Practices” competition-2019 started

MinRegion announces the launch of the “Best Local Self-Government Practices” competition-2019 for local governments at all levels.

Topic 1. Measures and decisions of local self-government bodies aimed at increasing local budget revenues.

Topic 2. Development based on the peculiarities of regions and hromadas.

Topic 3. Practices of involving youth in local economic development.

The 2019 competition is held in accordance with the order of MinRegion dated 22.03.2019 No 78.

Note, please: in 2019 applications will be accepted by 9 August.

The winners will be awarded in October.

It is worth recalling that during 2014-2018, 142 practices were recognised as the best.

MinRegion’s partner in conducting the competition is the Council of Europe Programme “Decentralisation and Local Self-Government Reform in Ukraine
