The Hnivanska urban amalgamated hromada managed to maintain a city hospital of the secondary level and attracted nearly USD 1 million of charitable aid from the Ukrainian diaspora for its development.
Volodymyr Kulyeshov, head of the Hnivanska urban amalgamated hromada, told about it to the participants of the field study trips on financial management for heads and heads of financial services of the AHs in the Chernivtsi, Kherson and Ternopil Oblasts, organised by the Vinnytsia Local Government Development Centre established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.
