The administrative service centres, built on a “transparent office” principle, and introduction of a whole range of electronic services on the Government portal, promote elimination of digital discrimination in hromadas and simplify the lives of Ukrainians, outlined Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman, speaking with the participants of the General Meeting of the Association of Amalgamated Hromadas.
“We open large number of transparent offices across the country. We transfer most of the services, including social ones, to these institutions. Besides, our Government implements electronic services. 118 electronic services are already available on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers, and another 50 are planned to be launched this year. People do not have to go from office to office and communicate with officials. Everything should be simple,” said Volodymyr Groysman.
