During his working visit to the Vovchansk Razon, Serhii Chernov, head of the Kharkiv Oblast Council, got acquainted with the work of Administrative, Legal, Social and Medical Service Centre of the Staryi Saltiv Village Council.

The total area of ​​the building is 1500 square metres, its reconstruction was carried out during 2017-2018 with the use of energy saving technologies. The total cost of the project amounted to more than UAH 10 million, out of which more than 93% came as an infrastructure subvention from the state budget for 2017-2018.

According to the head of the oblast council, the state budget for 2018 envisaged UAH 1.9 billion, directed to 665 AHs to implement infrastructure projects, including 12 AHs of the Kharkiv Oblast for a total of UAH 41.9 million. In 2019, the state budget will allocate UAH 2.1 billion – that is, there is a positive dynamics.

The ASC in Staryi Saltiv is currently providing seventeen services, but this is only the beginning. Soon, the services for the registration of rights to movable and immovable property, as well as issuance of extracts from the State Land Cadastre will be introduced,” said Serhii Chernov.
