The Local Self-Government Forum and the 3rd Forum of Amalgamated Hromadas, held in December 2018 with the assistance of Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman, summed up the preliminary results of decentralisation and identified the main tasks for the nearest future.
