With intensification of the decentralisation processes, amalgamated hromadas become more capable and now AHs are really starting to plan steps towards improving the quality of communal services. Therefore, now, DESPRO focuses its communal service development activities on local self-government bodies-implementers of water supply projects, told Andriy Kavun, DESPRO specialist on public services, during the seminar on “Practical aspects of implementation of programmes for modernisation, optimisation and development of water supply and sewage systems” for the partner AHs.
