On 7 December, the President of Ukraine signed the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2019” (No. 2629-VIII of 23.12.2019). The experts of the financial monitoring group of the Central Reform Office at the Minregion comment the law in regard to the local budgets and the inter-budgetary relations in the coming year.
The local budgets are based on the key macro-economic expected figures of the economic and social development of Ukraine for 2019 approved by the Decree of the Government No. 546 of 11.07.2018, including:
