Next year the Ovrutska AH will gather ideas of residents to be financed from the budget. The city council deputies have approved the Provision on the Public Budget this summer, but projects’ collection will start already in the new year.

“Involving residents in territory development will help to find solutions to the current problems in hromadas. In addition, we will activate people and engage them in a discussion of what should the hromada be and how should we all develop,” convinced Oksana Levkivska, head of the Economic Department of the Ovruch City Council.
