Administrative Service Centre opened in Novotroyitske Rayon

An Administrative Service Centre, which is currently one of the best organisational forms of service delivery and cooperation among authorities and hromadas, was opened in Novotroyitske yrban-type settlement on 16 November. Due to the ASC establishment, citizens can receive the necessary services conveniently and quickly under the “one stop shop” principle.

The Novotroyitske ASC will provide 135 administrative services for Ukrainian citizens, and it is just the beginning. UAH 163.3 thousand of state subvention, oblast and local budget funds were spent on arrangement of the room for registration of ID-passports of Ukrainian citizens and foreign biometric passports.
