The OPORA Civil Network, within the framework of the “Responsible Hromada Management” project of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, announces a competition among the representatives of amalgamated hromadas to participate in a study trip to the Republic of Poland.

The purpose of internship is to show the representatives of AHs the practical use of the instruments of involving citizens in decision-making processes and a widespread use of public consultation practices, as well as develop the best competencies based on European experience.

The study visit will take place from 9 till 14 December 2018

Terms of participation in the competition:

• Participation in the training “Public Consultations as an Opportunity to Implement Proper “Authorities-Hromadas” Dialogue”, organised by the OPORA Civil Network;
• Filled-in online application form of the candidate for study visit participation (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1VAfdPulFqe_JsVd-4nxiYmMGv-0FZwvfLDk3fQsUDHI/edit);
• Described own experience and practice of using public consultations in the hromada (mini-case, described in a free format on 0.5-1 page);
• Valid biometric passport or Schengen visa valid until the end of December 2018.

The deadline for completing the registration form is 25 November 2018.
