Today, the Vinnytsia city council has taken a decision on voluntary accession of the Desna rural hromada to the hromada of the oblast centre and city of the oblast significance, that is Vinnytsia.
The decision will be valid on 29 November this year.
So, Vinnytsia has passed all stages and completed the accession procedure according to the Law of Ukraine "On voluntary amalgamation of hromadas".
