The work on the construction of a modern cultural centre to be created on the basis of the former “Rodyna” cinema in the centre of the Baltska AH (north of the Odesa Oblast) is ongoing.

As the hromada explainted to the Odesa Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, this building had been abandoned and not used for many years. Now, according to the project, the former cinema will be turned into a concert and exhibition area of ​​theamalgamated hromada. Funds for its reconstruction were allocated by co-financing from the AH and oblast budgets.
