Zhytomyr authorities started negotiations with the Hlybochytska AH regarding the agreement on intermunicipal cooperation, which should solve the problem of reimbursement of educational and medical services to the residents of the Hlybochytska AH.

Today, Serhiy Sukhomlyn, Zhytomyr City Mayor, and Serhiy Sokalskyi, head of the Hlybochytska AH, have met at the Zhytomyr Local Government Development Centre, established by the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.

At the meeting, they agreed to work out the application of an intermunicipal cooperation mechanism, as well as to prepare a memorandum on cooperation between the city and the hromada.
