On 8 October, the conclusion on the compliance of draft decisions on voluntary amalgamation of hromadas with the Constitution and laws of Ukraine was signed by Oleh Synyutka, head of the Lviv Oblast State Administration. According to the results of the examination, it was established that the draft decisions of the Radekhiv City Council, Byshiv, Nemyliv, Kryve, Tetevchytsi, Seredpiltsi, Synkiv, Ohlyadiv, Pyratyn and Sushno village councils of the Radekhiv Rayon meet the basic conditions of the voluntary amalgamation in accordance with Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On voluntary Amalgamation of Hromadas”.
Experts from the Lviv LGDC, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, took part in most of public discussions in the village councils.
