Kyiv Oblast’s third amalgamated hromada with centre in a city of oblast significance formed in Berezan

Today, the Berezan City Council has made its decision on voluntary accession of five rural hromadas to the hromada of the city of oblast significance of Berezan, as reported by the Association of Ukrainian Cities.

Berezan was joined by Lekhnivka, Sadove, Yareshky, Nedra, and Pylypcha village councils.

It is the thirteenth city of oblast siginificance in Ukraine and the third in the Kyiv Oblast, that has passed all stages of accession in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Voluntary Amalgamation of Hromadas”.
