Eleven amalgamated hromadas of Prykarpattia received agricultural land outside settlements
The opportunity to dispose of agricultural land outside settlements by amalgamated hromadas has become one of the key issues of the successful implementation of the decentralisation reform.
This opinion was expressed today Oleg Honcharuk, head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast State Administration, during the solemn ceremony of transfer of agricultural land outside settlements into the communal ownership of 11 AHs.
