Administrative service provision specialists, communications experts and website administrators of amalgamated hromadas discussed the use of electronic services, document management systems and open data at the Lviv Local Government Development Centre during the training “Electronic Provision of Administrative Services”.

Serhiy Karelin, specialist on e-governance of the EGAP programme, presented strategic communications for AHs. The advisers of the Lviv LGDC Tetyana Bohachuk and Daria Zubrytska talked about the most popular services for the residents, creation of electronic cabinets, practical recommendations on how to promote the activity of potential service users, platforms to report about available opportunities.
