A project management training took place In the Kelmentsi Rayon of the Chernivtsi Oblast.
The event was held on the initiative of the Chernivtsi Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.
“The Kelmentsi Rayon has a situation of not a single AH formed so far. But in such conditions it is also worthwhile to use any opportunities for the development of your villages and towns and to improve the lives of your hromada residents. Therefore, you need to be interested and participate in all possible support programmes available not only for amalgamated hromadas, but also for all local seld-government bodies,” addressed the audience Tetyana Tatarchuk, director of the Chernivtsi LGDC.
According to the decentralisation experts, the main goal of such project management trainings is to unite people around ideas’ outlining and common problem-solving.
