Zelenyi Hay hromada joins Novoselytska AH

The Oblast State Administration issued an order dated 25 September 2018, No. 978-r “On the conclusion of the compliance of approved draft decisions of the Novoselytsya City Council and Zelenyi Hay Village Council of the Novoselytsya Rayon of the Chernivtsi Oblast on the voluntary accession of the hromada with the Constitution and laws of Ukraine”.

Amalgamation with the city will enable hromada residents to receive high-quality services; implement joint infrastructure, social, urban development projects; increase financial resources and opportunities for attracting investments.

The next step in the process of accession to the AH after receipt of the OSA’s positive conclusion is the adoption of final decisions on voluntary accession by local councils.
