The Nedoboyivska AH is one of the first 10 hromadas, established in the Chernivtsi Oblast in 2015. During this time it received over UAH 10 million of the infrastructure subvention: in 2016 – UAH 4.3 million, in 2017 – UAH 3.4 million. This year, the amount of the infrastructure subvention amounted to almost UAH 2.4 million, which the hromada distributed to four projects: two schools and two kindergartens. Advisers from the Chernivtsi Local Government Development Centre got acquainted with the infrastructure projects the Nedoboyivska AH is implementing this year.

In the village of Kerstentsi, UAH 440 thousand are used to add the food production and dining unit to the kindergarten premises. Before children used to eat in their groups.

Last years, the premises of the groups were expanded and insulated.

The AH also plans to build a swimming pool for this kindergarten in future.

In Stavchany, the roof of the school is being insulated, and the lobby has already been repaired. The cost of work is about UAH 500 thousand. In total, the school is designed for 250 children, but now less than 100 pupils study here. However, school management and pupils are trying to attract additional funding.

Part of the roof of the school in neighbouring Dolynyany was replaced for half a million UAH. Another part of the roof was made last year.

The last infrastructure subvention facility is the educational establishment in the village of Nedoboyivka. This is a large-scale project for the construction of the second floor in the kindergarten for almost UAH 19 million.

According to Andriy Dranchuk, deputy head of the Nedoboyivska AH, this year hromada will submit a project for SFRD’s funding again, a competition is to be launched shortly.
