The working group on elaboration of the development strategy of the Ovrutska urban amalgamated hromada by 2027 during its third meeting approved the vision of the AH development and formed strategic, operational goals and objectives for the hromada Development Strategy, informed Heorhiy Fedoruk, regional development adviser of the Zhytomyr Local Government Development Centre, established by the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.
“We have formed strategic goals. The first goal is to provide conditions for sustainable development of the AH economy and investment attraction. The second goal is to improve the infrastructure of the AH administrative centre and rural areas, improve the living standards of the residents, preserve and develop traditions and culture. The third goal is to develop tourism,” said Heorhiy Fedoruk.
Thus, the ideas and projects for these strategic goals should include the development of tourism infrastructure and promot tourism monetisation. The economic block will need to be developed in the direction of attracting investments, grants and encouraging an internal investor.
