In September, the first issue of the newsletter of the Nosivka City Council “The Life of the Hromada” was published. According to the decision of the local council deputies, it will be distributed free of charge among hromada residents, mostly – in the rural areas.

“The official website and Facebook page are electronic media means, which in this case provide citizens with the right to receive information, appeal, etc. However, given that the Internet works only in several settlements of our AH, and that in rural areas there are elderly people, who do not have the opportunity to receive information through the Internet, the city council decided to create a free newsletter for the AH residents,” said Nataliya Kalyuzhna, chief information activity specialist of the Nosivka City Council.
