The village heads of the Andrushivka Rayon took over the experience of the development for territories in the Illinetska AH of the Vinnytsia Oblast. At the initiative of the Zhytomyr Local Government Development Centre established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, heads of 12 village councils of the rayon and specialists of the rayon administration visited the town of Illintsi and a number of  hromadas in starostas’ districts.

“The Illinetska urban AH is a good example of the hromada functioning, which is created around the rayon centre and demonstrates outstanding achievements in development, attraction of extrabudgetary funds, writing and implementation of projects. And the main thing is not only in the administrative centre, but also in starostas’ districts”, stressed Serhiy Romanovych, adviser on regional development of Zhytomyr LGDC.
