Heads of AHs in the Odesa Oblast have started to establish modern security centres jointly with the local departments of the National Police and the State Emergency Service.

The agenda of the seminar for AH representatives “Security in Hromadas”, which took place on 12 September, included the organisation of law enforcement and emergency units in hromadas and adjustment of the experience of the state and civil units of the Malopolska state fire protection service in Krakow to the Ukrainian specifics. The seminar was organised by the Odesa Local Government Development Centre established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.
