This week, 36 representatives of hromadas including heads of AHs and ASCs have visited ASCs in the Kiptivska AH in the Chernihiv Oblast and the Polonska AH in the Khmelnytskyi Oblast. These study visits take place as part of the Roll-Out Phase of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.

The visitors learnt about the delivery mechanisms for the most popular administrative services at the above ASCs, their organisational principles (institutional and physical ones) as well as the key infrastructure features of the respective ASCs.
