The Kyiv Oblast has made a step forward in the implementation of the objectives of the local self-government and territorial structure reform, which especially refers to the establishment of capable hromadas. The Baryshivska AH is the fourth one which has been approved by the Kyiv Oblast State Administration over the last several weeks.
Oleksandr Gorgan, Head of the Kyiv Oblast State Administration, has signed a resolution approving the conclusion about the compliance of draft decisions on the amalgamation of hromadas into the Baryshivska AH with the Constitution and laws of Ukraine.
