The Memorandum on Cooperation between the Ternopil Oblast State Administration and the Association of Amalgamated Hromadas was signed by Oleg Valov, Deputy Head of the Oblast Administration, and Oleksandr Korinnyi, Head of the Association.

The Memorandum shall contribute to establishing systemic cooperation between the parties to promote decentralisation and to implement the local self-government reform as well as to protect the rights and interests of AHs in the Ternopil Oblast.
