The study tour to the Andriyivska AH focused on entrepreneurship development in rural area as the way to increase AH budgets. The event was organised jointly by the oblast department of information and internal policy and the Donetsk Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
